The service

modernizemy.website is a website modernization service operated by Leap21 LLC ("we", "us"). We offer free website audits and paid website redesign/rebuild services for businesses.

Free audit

The free audit tool analyzes publicly accessible websites using Google PageSpeed Insights and our own analysis. Results are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Scores may vary between runs due to network conditions, server load, and Google's own measurement variability.

You may only audit websites you own or have permission to analyze. Do not use the audit tool for competitive intelligence gathering at scale or to harass website owners.

Paid services

When you purchase a Refresh, Rebuild, or Rebuild + Maintain package, you're hiring Leap21 LLC to modernize your website. The scope of work is determined by the package selected and your audit results.

• Refresh ($1,250) — modern redesign of your existing site, delivered in ~1 week
• Rebuild ($2,250) — ground-up custom website, delivered in ~2 weeks
• Rebuild + Maintain ($3,250 + $100/mo) — full rebuild plus ongoing hosting, updates, and support

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. The Maintain monthly fee begins after your rebuilt site launches. You can cancel the monthly maintenance at any time — your site remains yours.

Refunds

If we haven't started work on your project (no designs shared, no development begun), you can request a full refund. Once design work has been shared for review, we'll refund the unused portion of the project minus time already invested. Monthly maintenance fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Ownership

You own the website we build for you. All code, content, and design assets are transferred to you upon project completion and final payment. We retain the right to display the site in our portfolio.

Limitation of liability

Our free audit provides a snapshot of your website's performance. We are not liable for business decisions made based on audit results. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Rate limits

To prevent abuse, audit requests are limited to 3 per hour and 10 per day per IP address. Automated or bulk usage requires prior written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
