What we collect
When you use our free audit tool, we collect your website URL and the audit results (performance scores, detected issues). No personal information is required to run an audit.
If you contact us or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide: email address, name, phone number (if given), and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card number).
We automatically collect your IP address (hashed and truncated for rate limiting — we don't store your full IP), browser type, and referrer. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set cookies.
How we use it
- To generate and display your audit report
- To send you a proposal or report link if you requested one
- To process payments via Stripe
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting, bot detection)
- To improve our service
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone
- We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly request a proposal
- We don't use tracking pixels or third-party analytics
- We don't store your full IP address
Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, bot protection (Turnstile), DNS
- Google PageSpeed Insights — website performance analysis
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
Data retention
Audit reports are retained for 90 days. Contact information is retained until you request deletion. Rate-limiting data is automatically purged after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll delete your records within 30 days.
